Qualification
Mr. M. Farooq Akhtar did his M.A. in Economics in 1971 from Government College Lahore and LL. B. in 1973 from the Punjab University Law College Lahore. He has been former employee of the Corporate Law Authority (CLA)/Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and has accumulated vast experience in handling Corporate Affairs including financial and banking matters. He is also an expert in Corporate Laws, Oil and Gas Laws, WTO and International Trade Laws.
